Reliable feed intake from day one

The shielding is made of transparent plastic, which allows a maximum overview in connection with maintenance. It is easily opened without the use of any tools.

The dosing unit consists of very few parts which ensures a high level of hygiene and easy cleaning. At the same time the dosing unit is easily activated, which means that the piglets quickly learn how to operate it.

Recently innovated hopper and trough

All TUBE-O-MAT®s have the new hopper and lid that make sure you get optimal utility. The choice of material - plastic and stainless steel - guarantees a long life time.

The dosing unit made of stainless steel is as suitable for piglets as it is for finishers. Simple and very sturdy.

Calm animals

FThe feeding principle considers the natural root behaviour of the pigs, as they have to activate the feeder to get food. Consequently, the trough is cleaned and freed of feed residues.

Hygiene and health is 1st class. The large opening and the integrated agitator ensure a constant feed flow and prevent bridging. The emergency closing system prevents feed waste.
